Shipping method

  • Your order will be processed immediately after the payment is confirmed. The goods in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. It will take about 7-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) to receive the ordered goods after shipment. (If the goods are out of stock, they will be shipped after the replenishment arrives )

  • Free shipping for orders over 1,000 yuan on the entire site, and products will be sent by logistics freight/mail .

  • The delivery range is limited to all counties and cities in Taiwan (excluding post office boxes) .

  • If the Company is unable to accept your order, we will notify you within three working days of receiving your order, unless otherwise provided by law.

After-sales service

When you receive the product, please check to make sure there is no problem with the product. If there is any problem with the product, such as damage or scratches not caused by human factors, please send back photos and questions through the following return methods and contact customer service for assistance.

Return method

If you need to return or exchange a product, please fill out the online form first. After receiving your return request, we will immediately send someone to contact you to understand the status of you and the product.

Please pack the products and invoices completely in cartons and provide them to our logistics team.

Once your return request is approved, we will contact the logistics driver to go to the delivery address you filled in to collect the goods.

Circumstances where returns are not possible

  • You can enjoy the 7-day grace period in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act .

  • The calculation method is the first day after receiving the goods. No claim will be accepted after seven days .

  • "The grace period is not a trial period" . Please also keep the product in a brand new state or damage caused by human factors, such as: stain, damage, wear and tear, dirt .

  • The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and gifts are not complete. •Malicious or large-scale returns.

《Fraud Prevention Reminder》

Please be aware of suspicious fraud calls asking you to make money transfers for various reasons. Our company will not call you to ask you to operate an ATM, change payment methods, or provide credit card or personal information.

If you receive a suspicious fraud call, please be alert and do not take any action. You can call 165 to report the fraud or contact our customer service specialist to ensure your rights and safety.
